Requirement

Very strong customer service soft skills, including complaints resolution skills, data gathering.
Minimum 2 years relevant experience in a fiancé – related organisation

7. Internal Control Officers (Ref. 007/IC)
Report to: HoD, Internal Control

Requirement
A Minimum of a good First Degree in any discipline
Relevant professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA and / or CFA.
Minimum 5 years relevant experience in a reputable bank as an internal control officer.

8. IT Audit Officers (Ref. 008/IC)
Report to: Head, IT AUdit

Requirement
A good first Degree in Banking and Finance, Accounting or Computer Science.
Possession of CISA (Certified Information system Auditor) certificate will be an added advantage.
Minimum 5 years relevant experience in a reputable bank / institution and IT Audit.

9. HR Generalist & Specialists (Ref. 009/HR)

Requirement
A minimum of a good first Degree in any discipline

Description
Meeting annual revenue targets for Haymarket's new data and intelligence services businesses in energy and environment. These businesses supply high value intelligence reports, typically selling for £2000-£7000 each, to businesses and organisations in renewable energy, carbon and similar markets. The post will require regular UK and overseas travel.

Initially these launch businesses are:
ENDS Carbon - A joint venture with University of Edinburgh Business School and ENDS, this information service supplies ratings, indexes and benchmark reports to investors and corporates on carbon performance. Research team is based at the University's business school.

Wind IQ - A data business providing forecasts and market information reports to suppliers and developers worldwide in the high-growth wind power industry.

Aggregate first-year revenue targets for these two businesses are c.£400k rising to £1.2m after three years. The Commercial Director would be expected to handle many of the sales directly although at least one direct report is envisaged in the business plans in the first year. Product development, based on identifying client needs and opportunities for multi-client consortia, will be an important part of the role.
